This is an exe file but it is perfectly safe.
It contains just one file that is extracted to your startup folder. The file is the same as those in your favorites folder In fact you can add it to your favorites as well or place it on your desktop for easy access.
What it does is opens www.izars.com automatically when you start up your PC.
